Food Service Logo Development and Package Design

For Escalon Premier Brands, a division of Heinz, we named their new premium tomato sauce line "Allegro." Allegro, from the Italian word "allagro," is an adjective most often used in music, that means lively. The noun refers to a musical composition, movement, etc, in such tempo.

Allegro pasta sauces are "lively combinations" of harvest-ripe tomatoes blended with garden-fresh basil, mushrooms, garlic, onions and other herbs. The Italian origin of the word is appropriate for this high-end, line of authentic Italian pasta sauces from Heinz Foods.

The product's high-quality is reflected with pride in our simple, hand-scripted logo. Detail rich ingredient photography is pictured against our Tuscan terracotta textured labels.
