Corporate Identity

Round 1 developed a secure, Web-based system for conducting both primary securities transactions as well as secondary securities trading. Importantly, this business-to-business system standardized and streamlined the processes involved in making investments in private securities.

The logo we created reinforces every aspect of the company's proposition. The stylized growth chart above the type is consistent with the valuation process available with Round 1, and the bar chart becomes more formidable as it rises and subtly reinforces the company name.
